We loved sitting by the fire and cooking our tea over it. We got the pizza package on one night and I really recommend it - delicious pizzas, good fun and definitely worth paying extra for. Jess was a brilliant host, super friendly and very responsive. Can't wait to find an excuse to come and stay again!

It you get chance to visit Farm Yard Brew Co. it's walking distance and just great.
We enjoyed feeding the alpacas before we left too.

The accommodation is very well equipped & the 'pre-arrival' information is very informative & useful. The owners were very obliging although they have covered everything so there was very little need to disturb them. Feeding the animals was an added treasure. Cannot fault this place at all it had everything you may need down to the T. The fire pit was amazing better in person and we cooked steaks we bought locally the first night on the open fire and hired a pizza oven from Jess on the second night where we made garlic bread and margarita pizzas. So quiet and private considering the location and what else is around you. The outdoor swing is lovely I had a bacon bun and a brew in the morning sat on the swing!! Also the shower is second to none definitely an amazing experience to try.

  where to start with such a good weekend away, before we had even got to the hut I asked Jessica for some help to get some flowers for my girlfriend,... read more she hooked me up with a florist and even collected the flowers and placed them in the hut with no extra fee! Jessica also left some nibbles on the bed and wine on the side which is just what we needed after the long drive.
The check in was easy and no contact with the host was needed, althought a pack with everything we needed to know was in the hut waiting for us (this contained contact info, local amenities, takeout menus and much more)
The hut itself was immaculate, with cute decor and fairy lights that set the mood for any occasion.
The hut can get cold at night but soon warms up with the electric heater and/or the fire pit (which you can also BBQ on!!)
Overall we had an amazing stay.
finally Jess noticed my gf had left her rings in the hut and has arranged for them to be posted back to us with no fee... what an amazing host 🙂
