Gorgeous BBQ grill hut with double bed, seating and grill entertainment areas, set in a wooded area on our smallholding.
Family Pod
This is our biggest pod, it has ample space inside for a family of 4-6, with a double bed, bunk beds, and sofa bed.
Touring Pitches
We have three hard standing, gravel touring pitches available for motorhomes and caravans on our beautiful family small hold.

We had marhsmallows and bubbly waiting on arrival, and the fairy lights are so lovely lit up in the night with the outdoor swing where I would have my morning coffee. Really appreciated all the welcoming touches from Jess and Lee who were always available to help and respond quickly, excellent hosts and would recommend for any special occasion!

11th July 2021 Lovely stay out in the country. Hut/shower kitchen area very clean.. I am a light sleeper so could hear traffic initially but once I put earplugs in it... read more was fine and it wasn’t a busy road. Would suggest you need a car if you want to get about as there are no paths on the side of the road so not safe to walk. Just a note that you need to bring towels for showering as the literature said towels provided but it’s tea and hand towels only. Jessica was very kind though and loaned us a couple. Lovely brewery a short drive away and of course the alpacas, sheep and chickens were entertaining. It just felt very relaxing and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Lisa

Put all that together with amazing hosts who would go the extra mile to make their guests happy (especially Hattie, who welcomed us and showed us around) makes this place the best we’ve ever stayed at. We will definitely book again and cannot recommend enough!

We... read more loved that the ceiling was painted as the night sky, and the fairy lights twinkling with the fire in the evening. Great shower and bathroom/kitchen facilities with hot running water and flushing toilet. We had an amazing weekend.
The location is beautiful and the countryside view is stunning. Definitely make time to visit the local Ice Cream Parlour, which has a cafe as well as takeaway. If you are looking for shopping, maybe give Blackpool a go, we drove to Lancaster and the drive was lovely but the city centre was disappointing. We also tried to get a taxi to the pub recommended by Jessica, but we’re too far out for them to pick us up, so make sure you have a designated driver.

The pizza package was fab and highly recommended and my ex-chef Fiancé adored cooking anything and everything on the grill! Luxury Glamping Experience…
Sandvilla Stays is located just outside the village of Cockerham and the village sits on the coastal planes south of Lancaster where the River Lune meets the Irish Sea.
We are on the doorstep to The Lake District and ideally situated for exploring the Fylde Coast and Yorkshire Dales. The Lancashire coastal way passes through Cockerham hosting great walks and cycle routes.
On our smallholding we have alpacas, sheep and chickens and guests are welcome to help feed them.
Our small glamping site is made up of 3 hard standing pitches and 3 glamping units. Our pitches are fully serviced and exclusively for Camping and Caravanning Club Members (yearly membership from £45 – see here for details).
We have 3 unique glamping experiences for you and your families, each unit is set within its own private area and all units have electric, heating, private toilets/showers and much more.
You might want to get back to nature in our Scandinavian style grill hut, which hosts an indoor fire pit for cooking and entertaining.
Or for a little bit more luxury book into one of our 2 pods and enjoy an outdoor hot bath looking out at the alpacas.
With a great communal playing space in our field for the children we hope you can sit back relax and enjoy switching off.
