  Absolutely fab place to stay. Jess and Lee are so lovely, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We visited the butchers at Lancaster Leisure Park, along with the 40,000sq... read more ft of antiques and collectables place. The lancaster Brewery was so great too, treating ourselves to some amazing beers. We visited Blackpool for a day, then the Lake District, driving through Hardknots Pass... That was a bit hairy. And we went to Morecombe Bay in an evening. The alpacas/sheep and chickens were so funny and great to feed. We cooked delicious steaks, alabama pork shops and coffee and pepper chicken skewers all from the Lancaster butchers. Enjoyed beers and Gin by the fire and ate outside at the little table. Fabulous stay, very relaxing, cozy and we were lucky to have the weather too! We would recommend this place in a flash. Thank you Jess and Lee.

Cannot fault this place at all it had everything you may need down to the T. The fire pit was amazing better in person and we cooked steaks we bought locally the first night on the open fire and hired a pizza oven from Jess on the second night where we made garlic bread and margarita pizzas. So quiet and private considering the location and what else is around you. The outdoor swing is lovely I had a bacon bun and a brew in the morning sat on the swing!! Also the shower is second to none definitely an amazing experience to try.

  The place grill hunt was better than what we were expected, Jess also provided us lot of nice treats, we had a really good time really recommend it.

We cannot recommend the Grill Hut enough!... read more Being able to cosy up inside with a starlit sky painted above the bed and a roaring fire was just perfect! We were able to cook delicious food and keep warm by the fire, even when it was pouring down outside. The hut has everything you could need, with cute games and thoughtful touches to amazing quality fire wood/charcoal and brilliant surprises from Jess! Flexible check in and check out is the best thing and allowed us to stay in bed for a couple more blissful hours before checking out! We can’t wait to be back and are already planning our next trip! Such a great location for exploring, we... read more managed to fit in a farm trip (Greenland’s Farm Village - where you can feed pigs, goats and ponies) a coastal walk (Silverdale - untouched beauty) and the local brewery (Farmyard Ales), not to mention feeding the alpacas (on-site!) but the highlight really is the hut itself. In here you could be anywhere in the world, such a perfect escape. We are already planning our next visit!

We had the best time. From our trip to fill up on all the meats from countrystyle farm shop in Lancaster, to watching the rugby at farm yard ales and of course feeding the Alpacas. It was perfect and we will absolutely be making it a tradition to come every year. ❤️

  We stayed here for one night over the weekend, and it was an amazing experience. The location was easy to find, thanks to the detailed guide with directions and local... read more recommendations. When we arrived, the cabin was already warm, which was a great touch given the cold weather.

The cabin itself was even better than the pictures! The indoor grill made it extra cozy, and we loved the pizza package—baking our own pizzas in the outdoor oven was such a fun experience. Another highlight was the animals. My fiancée loves alpacas, so we were happy to see goats, sheep, and chickens too. Jessica, the owner, even gave us food to feed them, which made it even more special.

Check-out was smooth, and even though we left a little later, it wasn’t a problem. Overall, it was a peaceful, relaxing stay—perfect for escaping the city. We’d love to come back!

Jess and her family... read more were all lovely and welcoming, everywhere was spotlessly clean and the hut had everything you needed. Feeding the alpacas, sheep n chickens was a joy, they're all very tame which I'm sure anyone with young family's would love.
We're hoping to visit again very soon.

  A truly magical little place, we celebrated our anniversary here and this felt like a special place for it! So lovely to see the alpaca from the window and feed... read more ready in the cabin for greeting them. We had marhsmallows and bubbly waiting on arrival, and the fairy lights are so lovely lit up in the night with the outdoor swing where I would have my morning coffee. Really appreciated all the welcoming touches from Jess and Lee who were always available to help and respond quickly, excellent hosts and would recommend for any special occasion!
