We had marhsmallows and bubbly waiting on arrival, and the fairy lights are so lovely lit up in the night with the outdoor swing where I would have my morning coffee. Really appreciated all the welcoming touches from Jess and Lee who were always available to help and respond quickly, excellent hosts and would recommend for any special occasion!

And Jess & Lee are so helpful and friendly.
Great area to visit the local brewery and tap room. We would also recommend the Smokehouse shop at Glasson Dock to buy good quality meats, and fish to cook on the firepit. A summer stay is our next plan. Thankyou for a wonderful time.

  The most comfortable beds, lots of little bits to make it so much easier to travel light with kids, washing up liquid, tea and coffee, camping chairs. The space itself is lovely. The view from the hut is beautiful. The bed is super comfy and the fire is such an added benefit. Really enjoyed making s’mores on the fire.

The location is brilliant. Close to all the places we wanted to be. Lots of walks around.
Feeding the alpacas was also an added benefit.

Would definitely recommend as we really enjoyed our stay.

The only downside for us was it being next to a road (which we didn't realise when booking). Although this isnt a busy main road, it becomes busier around rush hour first thing in the morning and again later on, and so we were woken up by traffic. As we live on a main road we wanted something a bit quieter in the mornings. But thank you for everything! Would recommend.

Loved it, and more importantly so did my son!

In terms of location, it’s also in reach of some great attractions such as Farm Yard Ales and Wallings Ice Cream. Highly recommended.

  This was our second visit to Sand Villa Grill Hut. It was even better then we remembered, my partner and I loved it so much last year that this year... read more he chose it to propose to me there. The Grill hut is such a magical, fairy tale stay, complete with all the amenities you need for a glamping holiday. Located in a beautiful part of the country. We would highly recommend hiring the pizza oven for the evening as this provided great entertainment and food at a very reasonable price. We used the bus just outside the site to get to Lancaster and had a fab time there on the second day, the bus was quick and easy to use. We can’t wait to book again next year.
