The cabin itself was even better than the pictures! The indoor grill made it extra cozy, and we loved the pizza package—baking our own pizzas in the outdoor oven was such a fun experience. Another highlight was the animals. My fiancée loves alpacas, so we were happy to see goats, sheep, and chickens too. Jessica, the owner, even gave us food to feed them, which made it even more special.

Check-out was smooth, and even though we left a little later, it wasn’t a problem. Overall, it was a peaceful, relaxing stay—perfect for escaping the city. We’d love to come back!

  Absolutely amazing stay at the Grill Hut. Jess was on hand via text for anything we needed and the wood “shop” was right outside the door. We didn’t have cash... read more but Jess provided bank details so it wasn’t an issue. We were wondering what we would need to take but there is everything you need to cook and the shower was better than most hotels I have stayed in. There is an under counter fridge to store plenty of food and drinks. Feeding the llamas was a blast and feed was provided on arrival. Thank you Jess, will definitely be back! 😊

  The most gorgeous little escape from reality, allowing us to spend some much needed quality time together, away from the distractions of life! We cannot recommend the Grill Hut enough!... read more Being able to cosy up inside with a starlit sky painted above the bed and a roaring fire was just perfect! We were able to cook delicious food and keep warm by the fire, even when it was pouring down outside. The hut has everything you could need, with cute games and thoughtful touches to amazing quality fire wood/charcoal and brilliant surprises from Jess! Flexible check in and check out is the best thing and allowed us to stay in bed for a couple more blissful hours before checking out! We can’t wait to be back and are already planning our next trip! The only downside for us was it being next to a road (which we didn't realise when booking). Although this isnt a busy main road, it becomes busier around rush hour first thing in the morning and again later on, and so we were woken up by traffic. As we live on a main road we wanted something a bit quieter in the mornings. But thank you for everything! Would recommend.

  This has to be the best Airbnb experience and accommodation I have ever come across. Jessica went above and beyond making our short stay something to remember, I had told... read more her that I was bringing my 9 year old son and the stunning lodge we stayed in had some wonderful touches, so Halloween themed blankets, lots of snacks amd a pumpkin to carve to name just a few. Loved it, and more importantly so did my son!

  Lovely Easter break in the Grill Hut, lots of fun, with everything you'd need. Helpful and friendly host.

  What a quaint place to stay, so beautiful and romantic. The decoration above the bed at the sleeping end of the hut is amazing. It you get chance to visit Farm Yard Brew Co. it's walking distance and just great.
